LY THI HANH
Hired as a certified care worker in April 2020 by “T,” a welfare association in Osaka I started working part-time when I was still a student, and at first, learning the job was very difficult. But my co-workers with more experience taught me very thoroughly, and I became able to do my job on my own. The part of working as a long-term caregiver that makes me the happiest is when the expressions on facility users’ faces becomes brighter and happier after we care for them. It makes the job feel very rewarding. Working as a long-term caregiver is not easy, but I can do it, so I am sure that you can too.
NGUYEN HUU HIEN
Hired as a certified care worker in April 2019 by “K,” a welfare association in Osaka The job is tough, but I do my best because it helps reduce the burden on the families of facility users. Another good thing about this job is that I can communicate and develop deep relationships with people as I care for them physically each day and assist them in living their daily lives.
